CoExist Arts - Studios and Independent Gallery
A NEW & UNIQUE ARTS RESOURCE FOR SOUTHEND-ON-SEA
CoExist Arts, in partnership with Metal Culture, are proud to be in a position to offer emerging artists an opportunity to become part of a new Arts Project Space in Southend-on-sea. The facility will be a valuable resource and will nurture and show exciting, innovative art from emerging artists of all disciplines.
The facility will consist of artist studios and a linked independent gallery, and it will be closely linked to other arts organisations - including Metal Culture, our partners in this temporary Project Space – and others to form a new cultural hub for Southend-on-sea.

Access to the Studios/Gallery
The location is in Southend-on-sea, and is central for South East Essex College Campus, Focal Point Gallery and the Beecroft Gallery, and local shops.
Getting here
The building is well served by local train and bus links, therefore we advocate the use of public transport and pedal power. If you are travelling by car there is a large car park near to the building, and limited parking access will be available onsite for studio artists and disabled visitors only.
